Why is it about saving souls?

First of all, I wanna say thank you for reading this. I've wanted to do something like a blog for a while now and I was finally convinced to do one on how I was changed by talking  to strangers about Jesus and the love of God. So far it has impacted me a lot but I will talk about that more in other posts.
I was convinced, by Pastor Rodney Howard-Browne, that going out and reaching out to people is exactly what Jesus tells us to do in Mark 16:15"He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation."  Jesus tells us specifically that we need to preach the Gospel to ALL creation. And so Pastor Rodney was introducing a very successful method of presenting the Gospel in a simple way. They call it the Soul Winnig Script and trust me, it DOES WORK!
That weekend in my church, I was touched by God and convicted and convinced that I needed to start harvesting souls for the kingdom of God. I had thought that the weekend alone was the highlight of my springbreak but God had more in store for me. The same Pastor was the guestspeaker for that year at my Fathers' anual European Faith Ministers Gathering. I got to spend another 3 days learning and listening and especially, changing. I had no idea that I could go up to strangers and tell them that God loves them and has a wonderful plan for their life. 
On the first night, the pastor called me up front to tell the ministers there how I had been touched the past weekend. It was very much my pleasure to share my changing heart with them. I had incuded that I was eager to go out on the streets and see for myself if this soul winning script  actually works. A now dear friend to me named Jana, was the one who took me out the next day and together 10 peoples lives were extended into eternity with the almighty God. She was the one to show me and explain to me how to react and she encouraged me to just reach out to them and see them as God's loved lost sheep. It worked! I still am overwhelemed and just full of joy when I think about them.
I will continue to post specific examples of times when I was able to pray with some people because I have this wonderful thing called the soul winning script.
